The LY-4510C-PK is a fully automatic hardcover making machine with
advanced visual positioning technology. It integrates two
high-precision 10-megapixel cameras and a YAMAHA robot arm,
achieving a positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm. The machine is capable
of producing rigid boxes, hard covers (case maker), and linings
either separately or simultaneously, with a production speed of
15–30 pieces per minute. Its modular servo-driven feeding system
prevents double sheets and misalignment, while the glue circulation
and heating systems ensure consistent adhesive application and easy
cleaning.
Equipped with independent servo motors for feeding, rolling, and
conveying, the LY-4510C-PK offers strong coordination and reduced
setup time. The folding section features belt and servo-controlled
wrapping for precise edge alignment without gaps. Key technical
parameters include a paper size range of 120–1100mm (L) × 95–600mm
(W), cardboard thickness of 1–3mm, and a machine footprint of
9500×2550×2000mm. With over 200 process patents and 100 quality
certifications behind its 5th-generation design, this machine

Excel cut consists of following sections:
| Feeder |
- Structure of printer’s cam gear. Catching up one piece of paper
first and blowing it into the roller, reducing the defective
percentage.
- (1) Adopted a circulatory system that is suitable for hot & white
glue to avoid splashing glue and reduce your clean time, making the
machine working stabilized; (2) Adopted a heating system that
heating at regular time and constant temperature to avoid waiting
time; (3) With blender(beater) inside, which can stir the glue
evenly to ensure the same viscosity of the glue on paper and reduce
defective percentage caused by inferior glue;
- The feeder, roller, conveyor belt have their own servo motor and
work as a whole with a strong coordination and stability, which can
reduce debugging time, enhance productivity and increase enterprise
profit.
- The gluing roller is made of medium carbon steel with its surface
covered by 304 stainless steel, making your machine much more
durable and very easy to be cleaned, which can help you reduce the
maintenance cost.
